Uganda’s music sensation Alien Skin, real name Patrick Mulwana, has been charged with robbery following an incident in Makindye Division, Kampala.
The court heard that on September 28, Alien Skin robbed one Salim Mubiru of his iPhone 15 Pro valued at Shs3.5 million and Shs480,000 in cash, contrary to sections 206 and 267 (1)(14) of the Penal Code Act.

Alie Skin, however, denied the charges, and in response, the state prosecutor, Henry Twinomujuni, told the court that investigations into the matter are complete but asked for an adjournment.
The grade one magistrate trying the case, Esther Adikini, remanded the singer to December 9, when he will return for mention of the case.
“You cannot apply for bail now because it’s too late. However, you have a right to apply for production warrant to be brought to court for bail application,” she said
Mubiru Salim, the said victim, spoke, expressing relief, and described the ordeal as traumatic.
“It was a traumatic experience, but I am glad the authorities have taken action. I hope justice will be served,” Mubiru said.
Earlier, Alien Skin had been arrested over allegations of assaulting medical staff and security guards at Nsambya Hospital on Tuesday.
