Mr Odongo noted that the registration period officially closed on July 31, and UNEB will not accept any further candidate data for this examination cycle. He directed all schools to display candidate registers in accessible areas within their premises, allowing learners and parents to verify registration status and ensure accuracy in submitted details.
To enhance accessibility, UNEB will also provide an SMS service for candidates and guardians to check registration information remotely. The board is expected to announce when the registers will be publicly displayed.
Mr Odongo emphasized that only corrections related to candidates’ personal information will be allowed after the close of registration. He further urged all heads of examination centers to verify that no eligible candidate has been excluded from the registration lists.
