In the ongoing investigation of a high-profile double murder in Entebbe Municipality, police have released an audio clip believed to feature the voice of the prime suspect. The incident, which claimed the lives of an elderly couple shortly after they hosted a celebration, has unsettled the Lugonjo-Nakiwogo community.

Authorities say the brutal killings were likely premeditated, with no signs of robbery or forced entry. Investigators suspect a long-standing family conflict may be connected to the crime, as the victims had reportedly been involved in a property dispute after returning from Switzerland.
To aid the case, police are urging the public to help identify the suspect’s voice in the 40-second recording, which is being shared on official channels. A reward of Shs 50 million has been offered for credible leads, and a tip-off line has been opened.
While several initial suspects have been released on bond, detectives say they’ve made considerable progress and believe solving the mystery hinges on identifying the voice in the recording.
