This comes from growing criticism of Nairobi for allegedly failing to protect foreign dissidents when on it’s soil.
Opposition stalwart Dr Kizza Besigye and his aide Hajji Obeid Lutale allegedly disappeared from Riverside Apartments in Nairobi, Kenya, on the 16th of this month after the duo had gone to attend a Kenyan Opposition Gathering before appearing in Ugandan Court.
